The ILO’s Community-Based Enterprise Development Bangladesh is short “C-BED Bangladesh” This C-BED programme is introduced in Bangladesh for the first time on October 2020 during pandemic via online. C-BED is already on-going in more than a dozen countries, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
